Recently, a video got viral on social media in which a man named Jitesh Saihgal, traveling from Gurugram to Delhi, was found indulging in an argument with the Delhi Police over the issue of the traffic jam caused for more than an hour on NH-8 as the President Ram Nath Kovind was supposed to pass from the same way. People stuck in the traffic jam showed their anger on being stopped due to VIP movement. In the video, an Inspector named Aanand Prakash manhandled the man shooting the video.
