THIS VIDEO IS FOR NEWS AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. IT UTILIZES USED CONTENT AND REPURPOSES IT TO SHOW THE IMPORTANCE OF OUR CONSTITUTION AND HOW CHECKPOINTS VIOLATE RIGHTS
ADSENSE RULES OF “DO’S’
1. Using clips for a critical review
2. A scene from a movie where you’ve rewritten the dialog and changed the voiceover
3. Replays of a sports tournament where you explain the moves a competitor did to succeed
4. Reaction videos where you comment on the original video
5. Edited footage from other creators where you add a storyline or commentary

HOW THIS VIDEO FOLLOWED THE RULES
#1 EACH CLIP WAS USED FOR CRITICAL REVIEW AND VOICEOVERS ADDED
#3 If “activist” is used in place of “sports competitor” the moves of the “activist” are explained to determine the success or failure as it pertains to the storyline
#4 I REACT TO THE ACTION WITH VOICEOVERS
#5 THE STORYLINE – GETTING RID OF THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL CHECK POINTS is ENHANCED BY THE CLIPS CHOSEN AND only clips containing this storyline were chosen.

DRINKING AND DRIVING IS NOT GOOD. There should be some type of law against it. However, the harsh laws established to hammer the drunk drivers are not detering anyone from drinking and driving. It has been 40 years since MADD- Mother’s Agaist Drunk Driving petitioned lawmakers into creating the harsh laws to punish drunk drivers. This group somehow convinced the lawmakers that drinking and driving would cease if they passed the laws. Has it ? NOPE — but now since there are so many people profiting from drunk drivers, do you think lawmakers will channel money from the drunk driving laws into a different program to prevent drunks from driving? NOPE– and as I stated in the video, the checkpoints hardly catch any drunks– but they sure capture all kinds of “criminals” Ironically. upon entering the checkpoint, these “criminals WILLINGLY GAVE UP THEIR 4TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS because they believed in the propaganda from the now over the top wealthy MADD program and our government. WOW!
This video show brave people standing up to the road blocks. They do violate the 4th amendment becauseas just like in Nazi Germany people are stopped at rosdblocks and forced to show ID and other papers. Why aren’t more people complaining abutthe checkpoints? Because they have been convinced that violating 4th amendment rights is ok because they are doing it to catch drunk drivers.
here are the clips I gathered showing what it is like oing thru a checkpoint and what may happen if you refuse to show your ID.
