Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with an attack that left the victim paralyzed from the waist down. The woman, Nhung Truong, had just come from the bank, where she took out money for a trip to Vietnam. Police say the suspects followed her in order to get her money. A GoFundMe has been set up in her name, as her family says she is unable to walk or work due to a spinal cord injury from the attack. Inside Edition Digital’s Leigh Scheps has more.
