Synopsis: Tonight is a full moon. A man is brought in to a small city jail for public intoxication. He is then put in a jail cell with several other inmates on various charges. He pleads with the officers in charge to let him out. Because of the full moon he knows something bad is going to happen. But they just won’t listen.
