Just doing a little cop watching in the City of Corpus Christi. The DPS trooper allowed me to record with no issue. The only issue i had was when his fellow trooper showed up and shined the light in my eye. I didn’t say anything as it wasn’t in my eye for long. But i was not happy that he did that.
