During the Sheriff’s SWAT standoff this morning, a man wanting to go home and ignoring orders to stop, went around the Deputies road-block on Poway Rd, but going into a parking lot. The man drove back onto Poway Rd in the middle of the SWAT operation going the wrong way. Deputies used a spike-strip to stop the man. No information on if the man will face if any.
