This is now the 3rd video of muncie police using excessive force on a man, however, this man was cuffed and complying. This is the worst beating of the three videos, they even tazed him on his face, and broke bones sending him to a more equipped hospital because IU in muncie couldn’t help him. I also personally know this man, hes my ex boyfriend’s brother and like a brother to me. He’s never been confrontational towards cops, he’s always been afraid of them. That area is a gateway into the city from Jackson so literally anyone could have thrown down drugs if cops were about to drive past them. This is a rodney king style beating on a biracial man on a bicycle, yes a bicycle. He was stopped for not having a light on his bicycle, they claimed he supposedly threw down drugs and money. Last I knew big bad drug dealers don’t ride a bicycle to go thuggin and selling drugs unless it’s on an episode of Reno 911. This video, Jessie’s screams ro please stop as they beat and tazed him is infuriating!!!
