On December 5th, 2022, officers were called to a bar in reference to disorderly conduct. An employee was going to get ice from the ice machine when he came upon Henry Capouch urinating in the ice machine. When the employee told him to stop he pushed the security guard. He was later charged with simple battery and disorderly conduct. He bonded himself out of jail by posting $650.
