Bodycam footage shows a heated altercation between Colorado cops and Kenneth Espinoza when has was arrested in November 2022. Espinoza recently filed a lawsuit against the Las Animas County Sheriff’s Office, claiming that deputies tased him 35 times during the arrest. Deputies have since disputed the claim, saying they only tased him once. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie has the details.
