The DUI charges against Manatee County Commissioner George Kruse are dropped because no witnesses stayed to verify he was in his truck that was found wrapped around a tree in Bradenton, Florida on April 20, 2022. When police arrived to the scene of the crash, Kruse was found sitting in his wife’s vehicle, who was driving right behind him. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the case.
