The Grand Rapids Police Department released body-worn camera and dashcam footage of an incident Saturday, March 2, 2024, where a man shot at police officers after fleeing a traffic stop. Two Grand Rapids police officers returned fire. The shooter eluded arrest and remains at large. Neither the officers nor nearby residents were injured during the shootout.
