On July 22, 2023, in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, officers were dispatch to a local McDonald’s due to reports of two intoxicated men that were fighting with staff members.
When officers arrived, one of the man, identified as Marius, was attempting to open the locked entrance to the restaurant. He continually stated he just wanted a cheeseburger. He was eventually arrested and taken to jail.
Marius, was charged with and found guilty of Disorderly Conduct and sentenced to 1 year of probation.
