The UK Prime Minister says he’ll create a “standing army” of specialist public order officers to “deal with” riots where needed.
He’s just met with police chiefs, the Justice Secretary, and others at an emergency meeting to try to prevent another week of disorder – first sparked after three young girls were killed in north-west England last week.
