Back in 2021, a neighborhood problem arose here, when a bully started trying to keep me & others from accessing our docks on the lake here. My initial reaction was to 100% let the authorities handle it. Was only making reports, and video documenting everything with this YouTube channel. Sadly, we found our local police & elected officials 100% unwilling to do their sworn duty, follow the law, or help us in any way, so we had to hire an attorney to file for a PPO. The judge granted the PPO, however this YouTube channel had already got us targeted with weaponized police and retaliatory prosecution, just for the local gov. corruption initially revealed. Our local officials basically reacted to this YouTube channel like it was an act of war !!!
Not only did the property issue turn into police being 100% unwilling to uphold the laws, court order, or even physically protect us, they actually appear to have joined the bully in stalking & harassing us. …evidenced here in numerous videos. One cop even made national news showing up in a Batman mask responding to my PPO violation report, to mock me on video. The Bully “mini-Putin” made A&E Channel’s worst neighbor list and aired on multiple episodes of Neighborhood Wars. Using YouTube here to publicly share my actual experience seems to have only been met with revenge thru prosecution. Reactions started first with threatening me with official retaliation, and now have followed thru on those threats. -On 6-18-22 Bedford Charter Township Supervisor was caught on live video here, apparently failing at trying to frame me for crimes. She quickly re-grouped & only a week later used a technicality to get me arrested for disturbing the peace. …then went on trying for over a year, before her resigning, to keep me from speaking at or even just LiveStreaming our public TWP meetings. -On 6-25-22 a Township Trustee (also a Sheriff Deputy & CO-Prosecutor-Investigator [since resigned] ) assaulted & battered me in public (also on LiveStreamed here), Calhoun CO here didn’t prosecute, but the Michigan Attorney General appointed a special prosecutor & he was eventually convicted. This deputy (Trustee/ Investigator/ insider/ etc.) getting prosecuted over me seems to have combined with their YouTuber hated to send our local officials & law enforcement into an outright vendetta against me, as they would go on to arrest me another 2 times that same day that the video was LiveStreamed. It appears to many of us that Bedford Charter TWP officials have clearly conspired with our local Battle Creek Police Chief (also now resigned) & many of his officers to violate my rights, obstruct justice, with-hold evidence, and falsify reports. Calhoun CO Sheriff Dept, Prosecutor’s Office, & other officials also appear to have co-conspired that day & since to retaliatory charge and prosecute me for a total of 6 retaliatory offenses, including TWO FELONIES, & subsequent violations!
