This is a First Amendment Audit of the Webster town hall on September 6th 2024. It was a very nice modest sized town hall. But as soon as I got there and walked into the Assessors and Public Works office and IMMEDIATELY the fire Marshall Andrew Vorndran starts accusing the Erie County Fam of Harassment. Never even looking at him or talking to him. Andrew Vorndran has a huge misunderstanding of the First Amendment rights of the Erie County Fam. Andrew immediately, call the police being a little fire starter. (By “fire starter” I mean Start Trouble, Start Drama, Escalate the situation… NO ACTUAL FIRE involved!) I feel the need to make a disclaimer because Andrew Vorndran asked “if I was making a accusatory statement”. Another example of the Fire Sta Marshall just trying to Start Trouble, Start Drama, Escalate the situation… After leaving that office while in the hall one lady from the office came and took a photo of the Erie County Fam making a public record. After trying to identify the lady, EVERYONE in town hall didn’t know who the lady was. No idea who she could be. EVERYONE was wearing a white sweater. Discussing public servants, this is what we pay for.
