This is a First Amendment Audit of the Johnstown, NY town hall on October 24th 2024. Right off the start as soon as walking in the town hall it was a problem exercising our Constitutional Rights. EVERYONE in Johnstown town hall was very rude and unprofessional. Friendly is not a word used to describe anyone in the town hall. No one would give their names even know We the People write it on their paychecks. The Court Clerk was a complete bear and mean as heck. I’d hate to have to go through Johnstown Court system. No Respect for the public. The building Inspector Jeff Persch called the Sheriff Department on a man just taking photos of PUBLIC…. and said it’s Unfortunate We the People have First Amendment Rights…..
