This documentary tells the story of the racism and police brutality that led to the Pharr Riot of 1971 in Pharr, Texas. The unwarranted murder of an innocent bystander, Alfonso Loredo Flores, by the police, enraged the people of Pharr and this story continues to impact the fight for equality and justice of the Latino people in South Texas.
