Unroadworthy vehicles have been impounded by police and traffic officers near Thabong township in the northern Free State. It follows a roadblock in the area led by Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa. Mthetwa is on a two day visit to the province to conduct the countrywide festive season campaign.
