Not only was I disrespected and accosted by Pacific gas and electric Company on S. 8th St. in Bakersfield California before I arrive my mother with a walker elderly and in bad health went to the same location to try and deal with the same situation it was disrespected to the point to where she had to leave for health reasons as you can see from this video as when I got there in my wheelchair they were waiting on me with the security guard knew nothing about his job the constitution or anything else furthermore he did not know the PG&E is not only a private industry but it is also find it and paid by tax dollars so that makes it a public entity and him working there made him a public employee I can go on and on but let’s not make this a book because the video speaks for itself shame on you Pacific gas and electric company
