An Atlanta judge who was arrested for allegedly punching a cop is speaking out. Probate Court Judge Christina Peterson was arrested during a melee at an Atlanta nightclub. She says she intervened to help after a woman was struck by a man. But cops say, in the ruckus, Judge Peterson punched an off-duty officer who was moonlighting at the club. They also say she refused to provide any I.D. She denies hitting the off-duty officer. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.
