father was falsely arrested at the Thousand Oaks station while trying to report a terrorist threat and attempted murder. Shockingly, this was orchestrated by Kate Lynn Occhipinti from the Moorpark School Police. The FBI had advised him to file a report with local authorities, but instead, he was treated like a criminal. This injustice needs to be addressed. We’re fighting this and won’t back down.
