34-year-old techie Atul Subhash from Uttar Pradesh died by suicide, blaming his wife and her family. Police filed an FIR under sections 108 (abetment of suicide) and 3(5) (joint criminal liability) based on his brother’s complaint. The complaint accuses the family of filing false cases, demanding money, and harassing Atul, leading to his suicide. Atul left behind a 24-page death note and an 80-minute video explaining his distress.
