This is a powerful 1st Amendment audit exposing the unconstitutional police state tactics at a DUI checkpoint. I assert my rights to film in public and refuse to be intimidated by these jack-boot thugs acting like modern-day Nazis.
I call out their checkpoints as violating our 4th Amendment rights against unreasonable searches and seizures. How dare they just randomly pull people over and demand our papers without any reasonable suspicion of a crime?
You’ll see me directly confront one of the sergants and educate this dunce cap about the Supreme Court case laws he’s ignorant of. I put him in his place and remind him that he works for us – We the People.
I’m not afraid to exercise my free speech rights and give these cops a constitutional law lesson. They blindly follow orders without question, trampling our civil liberties in the process.
