Wildman Audits goes to Washington Court House Municipal Court after he receives and email from the clerk of courts, Sissy Detty, who responded to 70 public record requests by saying “these records are not maintained by the courts” with no further explanation.
The records requested are video/audio files from security cameras in publicly accessible areas, yet they claim they do not maintain (or have) such records.
Wildman wasn’t having it, so he made an appearance and demands the record retention schedule. They take 15 minutes to provide it, and they obviously made changes to it in attempt to evade liability. Nice try, Judge Wollscheid, it isn’t going to work.
Wildman Audits got Judge Wollscheid disqualified from presiding in his case in October 2024, because Judge Wollscheid interfered with multiple constitutional rights Wildman exercised unambiguously, and attempted to deny the right to a public trial. She’s a tyrant and hates the Constitution, and the Supreme Court of Ohio called her out for it. Stay tuned for more about that… The case was dismissed.
