Mr Barry Talbot is an old man who is harrased and abused on a regular basis by the Dorset Police.Maybe it is possible that he is an Alquaida terrorist but it has to be said,he has not got a criminal record .
This is Barry Talbot and a friend at Weymouth Police Station trying to reason with Inspector Niel Wood who is the officer believed to have sanctioned his arrest over a toy CCTV camera.This old man is seventy six years of age and has done absolutly nothing wrong.
However it seems his nieghbour has some influence with the local plod , maybe Masonicaly, who knows?Why does Inspector Wood treat this old man with contempt? This man was handcuffed when he was arrested and put in a riot van over a toy CCTV camera bought on EBAY for 99p and then put in a police cell . Please use your own judgment and decide for yourself. Oh by the way if you are wondering what voyeurism is, as mentioned in the video . It is to take pleasure from watching somone undress.However this becomes a little bit diffucult to do with a toy CCTV camera, that is not capable of recording or watching anything. Is this really front line policing that is so often talked about these days?
