Meek mill might be helped with a “Get out of Jail Free” card because of the level of corruptuon in the Philidelphia Police Department. There is an ongoing survey of police that is countrywide! And they are not releasing it…in fact they have only been using it in high profile cases like this when the right amount of monies is coughed up. Its wrong. Joe plumber should be able to get out with the same benefit!
