On January 27, 2024, a motorist called the Eatontown Police to report a woman passed out behind the wheel in traffic lanes. It took officers several minutes to wake the woman up. When they finally did, she was all smiles and very cordial. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests and was eventually arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Eatontown Police Station, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.151% BAC. She was issued 3 citations and given a court date. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
