On May 15, 2023, a Logan Township NJ police officer stopped a motorist outside of his work for an obstructed tag. While she was talking to the driver, a co-worker of the driver, who was standing on public property at least 25 feet away, began yelling at the police officer. She called for backup and a male patrolman arrived shortly thereafter and escalated the entire situation. The man who was eventually arrested was charged with 5 separate offenses.
