Newly released bodycam and dashcam footage from the Oklahoma City Police Department allegedly shows a dramatic pursuit involving Shelia Bingham, an Oklahoma woman who fled from police after being pulled over on October 26. According to authorities, the incident began when an officer stopped Bingham for a routine traffic stop. While the officer was running her information, Bingham suddenly claimed that her daughter, who was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle, was experiencing a medical emergency. Using this as an excuse, Bingham abruptly took off, leading police on a chase through the city streets.

The pursuit eventually came to an end when Bingham stopped at a gas station. However, the situation quickly escalated as officers attempted to arrest her. The footage allegedly shows Bingham becoming combative with the police, resisting their efforts to take her into custody. As a result of her actions, Bingham is now facing a litany of charges, including fleeing and eluding law enforcement, as well as potential charges related to her behavior during the arrest.
