Bodycam footage allegedly shows an Ohio woman ramming into two police cruisers on July 23. Alliance Police were called to a courthouse parking lot after a man claimed a woman was trying to stop him from filing a police report. The suspect, Kayla Ryder, refused to roll her window down when officers approached her vehicle. Instead, Ryder allegedly backed into one patrol car and slammed head-on into another. The 31-year-old was pulled from the car and arrested. She faces charges of assault, obstructing official business, OVI, resisting arrest, and unlawful restraint.
