This is a First Amendment Audit of the Warsaw Town Hall on December 4th 2024. While no one really violated the Erie County Fam’s Constitutional Rights, the Town Clerk Cathy Smith told the Erie County Fam that We the People don’t have permission to take her picture. It’s hard to believe after 16 years of service and at least 4 elections and swearing of Oaths to the Constitution she would have the audacity to Speak against her own OATH of Office! The Court Clerk Pat Wagner called the Police at the sound of a Investigation? Very Suspicious Fam….
