13News Now was the first station to bring you video of Windsor Police stopping an Army lieutenant, and pepper spraying him during a stop. This afternoon, Attorney General Mark Herring sent a request for more information, including the personnel records of the officers and Windsor Police policies. And there’s a call for a federal investigation as well as a push for police reform.
