Officers were dispatched to the listed address regarding a fight. Upon arrival, they observed multiple females actively fighting outside. As additional officers arrived to break up the altercation, the suspect, Dzai Cotton, was seen attempting to separate one of her friends from the other female. After officers managed to separate the parties involved, Dzai continued to rush towards the other female, escalating the situation further as a large crowd had already formed.
Despite multiple verbal orders to step back, Dzai persisted in her disorderly behavior. Officers eventually had to physically restrain her to separate her from the situation. She was arrested for disobeying multiple lawful orders and for disorderly conduct. Dzai was issued a summons to appear in court for disorderly conduct and obstruction charges and was given a courtesy ride back to her residence.
