Kansas City/Police Impound Lot employees slow to respond to request for fee schedule, refuse to answer questions about what happens to marijuana when found in vehicles, and refuse to identify. They totally fail for rudeness, refusing to identify, and calling the police when no crime has occurred. Follow up and complaints are forthcoming.
