Sergeant Billy Randolph, who was with the Fort Worth Police Department for 30 years, was struck and killed Monday morning. NBC 5’s Meredith Yeomans has more as a memorial for Randolph, which is growing by the hour outside the Fort Worth PD South Patrol division.
