Conspiracy Against Rights – Part 1 The Beginning – Corrupt Cops Targeting
On September 22, 2022 Chief William Lawless and Officer Darnell Pate of New Holland Police Department in Ohio noticed a familiar person driving the opposite direction as them, so they turned a U-turn with no lights or sirens and followed him. They had pulled him over 9 days prior for a list of frivolous charges, and while they were not able to see his tag, they cited it as the reason for the stop. They targeted the driver from their past interactions and continued their harassment and retaliation. He pulled into a Dollar General parking lot, where he then stopped and rolled his windows down 3-4 inches, protecting himself from the officers.
When Officer Pate came to the window, he immediately demanded the windows down. He made the cop aware that he did not feel safe with that. Without even asking for ID, registration or insurance; Officer Pate forcibly removed the defendant from his door jam, and Chief Lawless began initiating an unlawful search and seizure without probable cause or lawful privileged to do so. This all happened in less than two minutes, indicating a predetermined plan between the two officers to violate the free man of his constitutional rights.
While asserting this Fourth Amendment Right, Chief Lawless threatens to arrest him for arguing. The Free Man insist on exercising his Fourth Amendment Rights and the threats of arrest continue, until the officers eventually arrest the man for asserting his Fourth Amendment Right; which is not only protected speech but also a deprivation of multiple rights. Both officers acted in concert with one another, and with a common goal and plan in mind. Based upon their actions, it’s likely there was a meeting of the minds before this instance occurred. After falsely arresting the free man for exercising his rights, they searched the automobile anyways. They wrestled the free man, who was peacefully protesting their unlawful arrest. They used excessive force, stomping his legs and throwing him in the patrol vehicle.
When they came across a locked tote, they took it out and busted it open, discovering legal CBD products. Chief Lawless mentions multiple times that the substances do not smell like marijuana, yet they seize the property anyways. The Pickaway County Sheriff Office assisted the New Holland Police Department in depriving the defendant of his constitutional rights, and the body cam footage is from the Sheriffs who arrived on scene. They never read him his Miranda Rights, and he was later shoved into a set of concrete steps by Chief Lawless and Officer Pate, out front of the NHPD.
They later transported him to the Pickaway County Jail where he was denied for high risk of Covid; the tyrants then took him to the nearest hospital and told him he was to get a covid test. The man declined, for reasons of conscience, and religious reasons. Chief Lawless told him he did not have a choice, and ordered the nurse to administer the Covid test against his will. He tested positive, and was returned to his home.
He fought the charges in court and all traffic violations from the previous date, and the date of these videos were dismissed. In total, it was seven traffic violations, an obstruction charge, and a resisting arrest charge. The dismissals are signed by Judge Peters of Circleville Municipal Court.
This is the Beginning of the Conspiracy Against the Rights of Cody Henderson..
