On May 19th, 2023, this man recording was trying to navigate his way through some traffic, which he explains, and that triggers an officer, from the Cumberland Police Department, to pull him over. During the traffic stop though, the officer decides to extend the stop by waiting for a canine unit to arrive. This obviously gets a rise out of the driver, understandably so, but lets just play the video and break a few things down.
