Lex was at the Lebanon Municipal Court in Lebanon, Oregon. The judge presiding over his case called two Lebanon Police officers. The cops went hands-on, stole his evidence, refused to give it back, threatened to destroy it, then enlisted the clerk to deny him any more evidence that could assist him in court. They finished by literally throwing him out of the building.
