In Takoma Park, Maryland a man is exercising his First Amendment right to freedom of the press by video recording outside of a public building when a woman confronts the man about being filmed, she informs him that she does not give him permission to film her, the man responds to this criticism by using a four letter word that begins with F, to which nearby security told him that his language was unacceptable, the man who was video recording informed that he was utilizing protected free speech, and that the woman in question was the one who started the confrontation, from here Takoma Park police officers immediately come out of the public building they were standing by and immediately informed the man that he is creating a disorderly disturbance and that if he did not leave right away he would be subject to arrest, the man staunchly denies doing anything wrong, and is quickly arrested by officers.
