Scott Conover was continuously intimidated, harassed, and arrested by the Johnson County TN Sheriff’s Department.These cops are as corrupt as they come. Along the list of false charges were “Unlawful Photography.” Starling McCloud, the Asshole deputy who arrested Conover after Conover took a picture of him during a traffic-stop, apparently he thought that it was against the law to take a picture of a asshole.
