Court Fraud, Felony Assault, Slander, Defamation, Gang Stalking, Corrupt Cops, ID Theft, and more.. This is not an isolated incident. Clerks website is littered with unlawfully recorded judgments, and filed in its place is the original order for the fine Levied, this is fraud. PLEASE SIGN!
What I Learned!
If you have paid a court imposed fine in Volusia, in the last 15 years.
Go to www.clerk.org(Search records) then (Case inquiry) Enter last name, first name, middle initial & birthdate.
This will pull up all cases and case numbers
Click on the docket page of each case number until you find a blue labeled “document number” titled View, on the docket page, near the top, in the middle. Select the “blue document number”.
This will pull up a section of the website that looks a bit different. At the top of the page enter Last name, first name, middle initial & erase the document #, and click (search) This will bring up all recorded judgments in the name searched! This is how I found all three of my fraudulently recorded judgments that allowed fraudulent documentation to be mailed to my home 10 years later causing the unlawful suspension of my drivers license! Volusia records it as a judgment, but in its place, they put the original order of the fine levied by the courthouse.
I have turned in five complaints to internal affairs and was denied the right to submit a six complaint. I’ve contacted the FDLE, department of justice, inspector general, attorney general, and Governor Ron DeSantis. Just from the response that I have received I absolutely believe this is a nationwide issue and extends far beyond the confines of Volusia County Florida.
10/13/21, I was arrested for “child neglect and fleeing”. The Debary Police Department was operating under an UNLAWFUL INVESTIGATION, after my drivers license was suspend due to fraudulent manipulation of 10 year old court records. I have NOT been involved in any criminal activity AT ALL! The whole time, a single father caring for my children, grieving the loss of my ex girlfriend! After researching how my drivers license was suspended on a case over 10 years old, that was paid. I uncovered a corruption scheme between the courthouse, and (Purdue, Brenden, Felder, Collins & Mott, LLP, the collection agency). Im sure this organization is guilty of MAJOR TAX FRAUD! They generate false judgments usually the next day after a fine is paid. In a 72 hour period, I found hundreds of fraudulent judgments on www.clerk.org that they simply have not tried to collect yet, creating millions of dollars in false debt for the collection agency. Which is the reason, when forced to repay the fine for the second time in January 2022, a total $38 was spread across three separate case numbers, clearing old judgments that were fraudulent to begin with! I also found 3 other names who also caught new charges like myself, and was forced to repay a second time. SHAWN THOMAS NOLAN(4/4/86), ADAM C KAVERN(8/20/84), ZACHARY A THOMA NICHOLS(7/7/94).
8/2022, I called Debary Police Department out to my home to report, all the fraud in my name, ID theft, harassment, and the events that transpired on 5/26/22. Sergeant Jason Stickle’s arrived at my residence and was extremely disrespectful and refused to allow a police report to be filed! My father witnessed the event!
1/4/23, I traveled to the FBI in Maitland to report what I learned about the corruption in Volusia, where I was arrested under false pretenses for “scheme to defraud” on a company closed three years prior. The warrant was signed on 12/27/22 by Judge Randall Rowe exactly 20 days after I started speaking out on my YouTube channel @DEVINE-GRIND. The state has 3 complaints out of 3500+ clients, and failed to mention the corporation responsible for the majority of revenue on the information filed. This was absolutely a legitimate organization!
