Major development takes place in the Delhi Riots case. Special public prosecutors for the trial of North East Delhi Riots case. These special prosecutors will conduct all court proceedings including bail, trial as well as the appeal.
Sneha, a Times Now Senior Correspondent says, “The Delhi government has appointed 11 advocates as Special Public prosecutors for dealing with the North- East riot cases as we know that there, over 700 charge sheet has already been filed. According to the official notice, these 11 advocates shall conduct all court proceedings including, bail, trial, appeal, and all other miscellaneous matters.”
