Early Friday morning (3-19-10) at approximately 12:35am, Patrolmen Smith, Brooks and Land of the Madison Police Dept. responded to a domestic call at the Southern Villas in Madison. Officer Land attempted to speak to the suspect when the suspect began to walk away. Officer Land and Brooks caught up with him. This is where the video begins. The suspect was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.
