A common way officers will try to get information out of you: Intimidation
Perhaps you’re a younger woman and the officer is a large male. He may start being loud, throwing his papers, or even getting in your face. This is a method they use to make you so uncomfortable that you confess.
Other ways this could happen is by threatening you with a bad night, leaving you in interrogation rooms for hours, and talking down to you. If this starts happening, request a call to your lawyer and tell them you will be leaving if you’re not under arrest.
