Incident 1: On May 4, 2023, police officers in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, responded to a report of three black males who were going back and forth from the mall and into a grey Dodge rental van with shopping bags. The officers suspected the men of shoplifting.
Incident 2: On June 1, 2023, police officers in St. Pete, Florida, responded to a report of an intoxicated man who was repeatedly approaching and harassing people in the area. The man was also observed stumbling and falling over chairs in the sidewalk cafe portion of a bar. Despite being asked to leave the area, he refused and continued to bother other citizens.
