Police officers responded to Cambridge Avenue in Milwaukee after receiving a report of a male subject, who was not a student, forcing his way into the university building and heading toward the store.
When officers arrived, they observed the man carrying a bag of items taken from the store. He was directed to set the bag down and was escorted into the hallway, where he displayed signs of agitation.
