On December 8th, 2022, officers were dispatched to a report of a disorderly and intoxicated subject banging on a closed business’s doors and damaging Christmas decorations in Naperville, Illinois. When Officer N. Fabbri arrived on the scene, she was highly intoxicated and could barely stand up and maintain her balance.
Officers gave her many chances to leave, but she continued to cause a disturbance in public, leading to her arrest.
She was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, assault, criminal defacement of property, and resisting/obstructing an officer—citations for littering and intoxicated pedestrian on the roadway.
