Around 5:16 PM on November 2, 2024, officers with the Lakewood Police Department responded to a disturbance call after a woman reported that her sister was intoxicated and acting disorderly. An officer made contact with the woman, who was identified as 26-year-old Alissa. Alissa told him that she wanted to go home and that her sister was not letting her drive. He told Alissa that she should not be driving because she was under the influence of alcohol.
Since she was uncooperative and did not seem to comprehend what was happening, she was eventually placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Officer Erin Wallace conducted a search of her incident to arrest and the other officer transported her to the Lakewood Police Department. Alissa was charged with Disorderly Conduct; Intoxication (ยง 509.03) and eventually released pending her court appearance in the Lakewood Municipal Court on November 7, 2024.
