Cottonwood Arizona Justice center. I went to file some motions; not expecting to do an audit.
I went back to an area that is open to the public but somehow security thinks when the prosecutor’s door is open now it’s not open to the public.
They tried everything from trespassing to loitering to disorderly conduct, and in the end I showed them they were wrong and will be filing complaints and a lawsuit as this is just unacceptable at this point.
I will also be pulling the body Cam footage and if the prosecutor attempted to conflate me being peaceful and handing her papers to me throwing them at her, which was all on video, I will be taking appropriate action.
