Fresno County Sheriff John Zanoni says a recent drug bust has gone a long way to protect people from fentanyl.
Several packages of the powdered drug were found during a traffic stop on Interstate 5. “If you look at that total amount, that was enough to kill seven and a half million people,” said Sheriff Zanoni during a press conference. Three men from Sinaola, Mexico are now facing charges in connection to the pills.
